Ugh I hate injuries you stupid foot not letting me run or exercise! All I can do is crunches and hop around everywhere. Hoppings actually not bad! Anyone know anything I could do that only involves one leg or sitting down or something?
I did something really bad to my foot and I can’t do ANYTHING on it for the next two weeks pretty much :/ Which means no running and none of my usual cardio or dancing and everything! I can still do crunches while lying on the lounge though :) Anyone know something I could do? That involves only using one foot and not even really moving the other much?
